Bryce’s Top 5

  1. Bad Monkey - Breakfast and brewery towards Ocean City, Maryland. Bryce loves to go for breakfast for the complimentary monkey bread and the breakfast tacos.
  2. Kohr Bros - Frozen custard, the closest location is in downtown Bethany. Bryce recommends the vanilla/peanut butter stack. BaRoos is also a favorite ice cream spot in the Sea Colony Marketplace, you could even walk there.
  3. Jimmy’s Kitchen - Bryce loves going out for breakfast. Jimmy’s Kitchen is towards Fenwick in one of the shopping centers on the right. It has a fun vibe but you need to get there early if you don’t want a wait. Bryce thinks they have the best biscuits in the world. If you want a close diner breakfast, consider Bethany Diner, but get there before 8:30 too.
  4. DiFebos Market - Bryce recommends the Sicilian pizza and Chicken Parmesan Panini, but we have never had a bad thing there. Definitely grab something from the bakery too. Bryce’s favorite is the mini blueberry pies, if you eat there ask them to warm it up and get a scoop of their Madagascar Vanilla ice cream to go with it.
  5. Ropewalk - Bryce loves this restaurant in downtown Bethany for the fun atmosphere. The drinks are served in mini pitchers and the kids’ meals are served on frisbees.

Trey’s Top 5

  1. Ocean View Brewing - Trey recommends visiting here for dinner for the DanDan Noodles. It’s right down 26 (Atlantic Ave.) They get busy so make sure to plan accordingly. Take out is not always available during busy times, but you will want to eat there for the cool vibe.
  2. Sunshine Crepes - Trey recommends the Staff’s favorite crepe. It is located downtown in the Bethany Beach Town Center. We love to bike ride there, but if you go early enough you can find parking nearby. Sunshinecrepes.com
  3. Ba Roos Ice Cream and Coffee - Trey loves that Ba Roos is located conveniently in the Marketplace at the front of Sea Colony. You can grab an açaí bowl on the way to the beach or get an ice cream treat without going into downtown Bethany.
  4. Salted Rim - Trey loves all the appetizer specials at the Salted Rim during happy hour. They have a huge menu and everything is good. They have a fun vibe with entertaining things always happening; live music, the bigi games on the tv, holiday decorations, and more. They are down 26 in Millville.
  5. Bethany Blues - Trey loves all the bbq meats at Bethany Blues, we recommend making reservations online if you want to dine in. It’s located in downtown Bethany. Their Sunday Brunch is a favorite of Trey’s and the whole family, the cornbread pancakes are something special. We also like to order the BBQ Family Pack for take out with an extra side of cornbread. Boys’ Honorable Mention

If you have kids in your group, Trey and Bryce recommend making a trip one evening to Funland on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The boardwalk games are so fun with reasonable prices. They also love Fin’s Raw Bar in the Sea Colony Marketplace. Trey always goes for the Crab Legs in the off season. Their off season specials are the best, consider booking a stay with us in the off season.

Stacy’s Top 5

  1. The Sandbar - They are located right at the beach in the Edgewater Building. It’s super convenient to grab a snack or drink for the beach or visit the kiosk on the Edgewater Promenade or one of the food carts on the beach.
  2. Food Trucks at T-4 Aquatic Center - My favorite is the chicken tenders and fries from Tipsy Flamingo. Make sure to check the schedule. It’s a fun pool with splash pad for little ones, too.
  3. Sunshine Crepes - This place is a family favorite. I always go for a crepe with fruit. Also, check out Sunshine Baguette (it’s a couple shops down in the Bethany Town Center); it is a gourmet grab and go
  4. Bethany Beach Books - I love to read at the beach and this bookstore is so fun to browse or feel free to borrow some of our favorites that we have around the house.
  5. Ice Cream - You need to have ice cream somewhere at the beach. I love Bonkey’s or Ba Roos for the Cookie Monster ice cream. DiFebo’s Market also has some great homemade ice cream, and you can never go wrong with Kohr Bros custard.

Honorable Mention

Millville Boardwalk - Down route 26 is the Millville Boardwalk which includes Agape Creamery with various live entertainment, mini-golf, and our favorite arcade. Ladies, check out the cute boutique across the street, Prickly Gal.

Summer Salts Beach Grill - is located in the Sea Colony Marketplace so you can ride bike or walk there. The Southwest Chicken Salad is my favorite. Their service can operate on beach time :) so plan accordingly for a slower paced night.

Sam’s Top 5

  2. Sunshine Crepes - A father/son favorite, Sam will also order the Staff’s Favorite.

  4. Ocean View Brewing - Sam will also order the DanDan Noodles, but he is pushing hard for them to make the Chicken and Waffles Special an all the time menu item.
