For two decades, our family has been fortunate to travel to and rent at Sea Colony. We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access. Now, we invite you to experience that same fun at our new home we like to call “Serving Sand”.

House Rules

No pets, no smoking, no events/parties. Please be mindful of the neighbors and noise late at night or early in the morning.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund for Cancellations Made 45 Days Before Check-In: The Renter will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the check-in date.

Partial Refund for Cancellations Made 30-45 Days Before Check-In: If the cancellation is made between 30 days and 45 days before the check-in date, the Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total rental fee.

No Refund for Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.
